Swimsuit Season

Now that we're finally entering swimsuit season...I thought I'd try my hand at something new! I was originally just thinking I'd try my hand using some of my copics, and some of the blues disappeared in this scan, but I think it came out just about the way I wanted it. Plus, it's girlie!!

As you may have noticed... I haven't drawn many girlie characters in the past, so this was a nice change of pace. She's actually waiting for a new arrival (hence the lei she's holding!) she told him she'd be holding a blue scarf on the beach when he came! I hope he shows up. ^_~
